And because a woman can not exist on beauty, brains and design alone, good food is a must. With that in mind I thought I would include some of my favorite food reads (and some that are on my to read list). I count this as research should I ever be asked to design a restaurant :
I just started reading:
I mentioned this book to a friend who thought I was depressed (I’m so not). But these short stories show that eating and dining alone is an art that should be celebrated. Table for one please!
I already read:
I’m always thisclose to packing my bags and moving to Paris. Because of Julia’s book I entertained the idea of taking cooking classes at Le Cordon Bleu. It was an inspiring quick read on how she discovered the art of fine French cooking
And of course I read:
Amazing and Hilarious!! Turning 30 + frenzy+blog = greatness. I can’t wait for the movie.
On the List:
This book has been on my list for awhile as I listen to Lynn Rosetto Kasper’s show The Splendid Table. It’s such a fantastic show, that I must have this in my collection.
