Hi everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

Last week was CRAZY and I have vowed not to bring any of that craziness into this week. With that in mind I decided to take the long weekend and regroup.  I’ve come out of my relaxing retreat inspired by the serenity of these rooms.

High ceilings and the white palette keeps things open and airy.  I love the crisp feel of these two rooms, especially the optimistic pop of sunshine yellow in the living room. And who wouldn’t love the wide plank  wood floors, the fun chalkboard wall and the pendant fixtures in the dining room? What a gorgeous combo!

I will admit that white rooms often feel too formal to me. But here, the  white palette  adds to the warm, relaxed elegance making this home perfect for taking a few deep breaths, lounging around, or hanging out with friends and family laughing and having great conversation. This past weekend, that’s exactly what I did and I’m happy to start the week refreshed and renewed.
